A poem to celebrate the first Sunday brunch at L'Opaline in Beverley. The new creation of MasterChef winner Eddie Scott which features a mix of classic French and modern Indian flavours.

There is a thing, its called Yorkshireness. it is a gladness, a joy of spirit. When you meet people in this country, you know them, they are honest. A night out in Beverley is anything but ordinary. We love it.
